If you have received the wrong order, if any item is damaged or your order does not arrive please contact us via email or phone our toll free number 1800 851 888, and we will re-ship the order immediately.

Change of Mind Return Policy

Should you have a change of mind and would like to exchange a purchased item, the return shipping will be at your cost. We recommend registering and taking transit insurance on your return postage to us as items in transit are your responsibility until it arrives back to our premises.

Faulty or Damaged Return Policy
